BuilderPal offers a simple and generous refund policy for our Pro Plans. You can cancel at anytime. Here’s the quick rundown:
Month-to-Month Plan: U.S. users get a full refund for the current month, no matter when cancelled. Canada users get a full refund if cancelled within 14 days (access continues otherwise).
Annual Plan: U.S. users get a refund for the remaining full months in the first 10 (including the current month), based on $39.95/month. Canada users get a refund for the remaining full months (excluding the current month), also at $39.95/month. No refunds after month 10 since months 11 and 12 are free.
Free Trials: Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge, and we send reminders before it converts to a paid plan. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
